Ingredients
3 Sweet potatoes boiled and peeled
1/3C Heavy cream
2T Butter
2T Milk
1T Fresh orange juice
1/2t Orange zest
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Dash Nutmeg
Dash Cinnamon
1T Brown sugar
Pecans (Optional)
Mash the potatoes in a large bowl adding cream, milk, butter, orange juice, zest, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and pepper
