Hot Dogs

Ingredients

We like Ballpark Franks the best

All beef hot dogs upset both of our stomachs

Any hot dog buns will work

If you want to warm the buns 5 seconds in the microwave works

Process

Cook the franks over directly over the charcoal until the outside is the darkness that you like. My daughter in law and I like the dogs to be really dark.

After you have the outside the color you like you might transfer the dogs to the cooler end of the grill to be sure you get some smokey flavor and that the dogs are thoroughly cooked.

The time on the grill depends on how hot the charcoal fire is, but it is not long, these franks are already cooked from the package, so we are just adding caramelization and grill flavor
