Ingredients
4 Medium sized apples, cored, peeled, and cut into bite sized chunks (Preferably mixed varieties of apple)
3/8C Sugar
1/2C Water
1t Ground cinnamon
1/4 Lemon thinly sliced
Process
Combine and simmer for 1hr.
Apples should still be chunky
Apple Sauce
