Pour the drippings from roasting the turkey into a sauce pan
Reserve some of the cooking water from the mashed potatoes
Add 3T of flour to 5T of potato water and make a slurry
Cook over medium high heat
If the gravy doesn’t thicken, add more flour
If it is too thick add more potato water
