
Ingredients
12oz Canned albacore tuna in water, drained
3T Greek yogurt (full fat)
1stalk Celery finely diced
3T Chopped Kalamata olives
6ea Large butter lettuce leaves
1/4C Mayonnaise
1/4C Finely diced onion
1/2ea Red bell pepper, finely diced
1/4t Black pepper
Process
Mix the tuna, yogurt, celery, olives, mayonnaise, onion, bell pepper, and black pepper in a bowl
Divide the tuna mixture among the lettuce leaves, and fold to form a wrap
