Tortilla Soup

2T                       Salad oil

1/2 C                       Onion chopped

4 oz can             Chopped green chiles

2 cloves              Garlic, crushed

10 oz can            Red enchilada sauce

2C        Beef broth

2C    Chicken stock

1-1/2C               Clamato juice

1t                        Ground cumin

1t                        Chili powder

1t                        Salt

1/8t                    Pepper

2t                        Worcestershire

1T                       A1 steak sauce

3                         Corn taco shells broken into pieces

1/4C                   Cheddar cheese shredded

2T                       Cilantro for garnish

In a large saucepan heat the salad oil

Add onion, chiles, and garlic

Saute until soft

Add tomatoes, beef and chicken stock, clamato juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and steak sauce

Bring to a boil

Reduce heat

Cover

Simmer for 1hr

Add tortillas and cheese

Simmer for 10 minutes

Makes 6 servings about 150calories each
