14inch Thin Crust Pizza

Ingredients

145g King Arthur Pizza Flour Blend

1/2t Salt

1T Olive oil

1/2C Warm water

1t Instant yeast

1/2C Celeste’s marinara sauce

8oz Mozzarella ball cut in half and sliced thinly

Toppings added to taste.

Process

Combine the flour, yeast, salt, olive oil, and warm water in a medium sized bowl

Mix and knead until smooth, adding additional water or flour as needed

Let rise for 60 minutes

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface

Divide and roll to the desired thickness

Fit into a lightly greased or cornmeal sprinkled pan. We use a Lodge cast iron pizza pan.

Allow to rise while the oven heats to 425F

Just before baking prick the dough all over with a fork

Brush with olive oil

Bake 6-8 minutes until set and beginning to brown

Add the sauce, then the cheese, and then the rest of the ingredients

Bake approximately 8*10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are bubbly
