Spiced Pecans

Combine

1         Egg white

1t        Cold water

Whip until frothy

Add 1lb pecan halves

Stir and coat

Combine

3/4C   Sugar

1/2t     Cinnamon

1/4t     Salt

Add pecan halves

Bake at 225F for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes
