Ingredients
2 Egg whites
1-1/2C Granulated sugar
1T Karo Light Syrup
1/2C Water
1/4t Salt
1t Vanilla
Directions
Combine all but the vanilla in a double boiler top
Beat for 1 minute with electric mixer at high speed
Place over rapidly boiling water
Beat until mixture peaks
Might be more than 7 minutes
Empty into a large bowl
Add vanilla
Continue beating until spreadable
