Rum Balls

Ingredients

60       Vanilla wafers finely crushed (2-1/2 cups)

2T      Cocoa

1C      Confectioners’ sugar

1C      Finely chopped pecans

3T      Corn syrup

1/4C   Rum

Mix well vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa, confectioners sugar, and nuts

Add corn syrup and rum

Form into 1” balls

Roll in confectioners’ sugar

Store in covered container and let ripen for a day or so.

Makes about 42 balls
