Couple of generous     Inside chicken

sprigs rosemary

1 lemon (sliced)            Inside chicken

Salt and Pepper            Inside chicken

Olive oil                          Outside chicken

Salt and Pepper            Outside chicken

Put on rotisserie           350 to 400 degree temperature

                                         One scant chimney of hardwood charcoal

                                         One chunk of pecan wood adds light smoky flavor

                                         Drip pan in middle of charcoal.  No liquid required.

1-1/2 to 2 hours           Internal temperature of 160-165 in thigh and 175 in breast max
