Ingredients
2 Pork chops
Salt and pepper
3T Chopped onion
3T Chopped celery
Butter
1/4C Water
2/3C Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
2/3C Apple juice
Cut a pocket in each chop
Salt and pepper the chops, brown in frying pan and set aside
Cook onion and celery in butter until soft
Pour water into pan
Combine with dressing mix
Add more water if necessary
Stuff chops with dressing mix and place in a flat baking pan
Pour apple juice overall and cover
Bake at 325F for 2 hours
