Ingredients

3/4C              Chicken broth

3/4C              Whole milk

1/3C              Yellow cornmeal

2T                 Grated Parmisan

1T                 Mascarpone or cream cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

Process

Boil the chicken broth and milk

Whisk in corn meal

Reduce heat to low and continue whisking for 5 minutes

Take off the heat and stir in Parmesan, and cream cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
