
- Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil, then salt the water.
- Crack an egg into a small cup.
- With a spoon, begin stirring the boiling water in a large, circular motion.
- When the water is swirling like a tornado, add the eggs.
- Cook for about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
- Heat the Canadian bacon in a skillet while the eggs are cooking
- Toast the English muffin
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the egg (or eggs) to a plate.
- Place the heated Canadian bacon on the English muffin
- Place a slice of American cheese on the Canadian bacon
- Place the egg on top of the American cheese and serve
