Pizza

145g(1.25C)            Pizza flour blend

Ingredients

1/2t                          Salt

1T                            Olive oil

1/2C                         Warm water

1t                             Instant yeast

1/4C                         Classico Pizza Sauce

8oz                           Mozzarella

Toppings added to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients in a medium sized bowl

Mix and knead until smooth adding additional water or flour as needed

Rise for 60 minutes

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface

Divide and roll to desired size and thickness

Fit into a lightly greased or cornmeal sprinkled pan

Allow to rise while oven heats to 425F

Just before baking prick dough and brush with olive oil

Bake 6-8 minutes until set and beginning to brown

Add toppings and bake approximately 8-10 minutes (thin crust) or until crust is golden brown and toppings are bubbly
