
Ingredients
3/4C Chopped onion
2T Butter
1-1/2T Flour
3/4t Salt
Dash Pepper
Dash Paprika
1C Milk
1/2C Swiss cheese shredded
1T Fresh thyme chopped
2-1/2C Thin sliced potatoes
4 Hot dogs cut into ½ inch slices
Process
Sauté onions in butter.
Add flour and seasonings, milk, cheese, thyme and stir until the cheese melts
Layer half of the potatoes in buttered 1-3/4qt casserole
Cover with ½ of the sauce and ½ of the franks
Layer remaining potatoes
Cover with remaining sauce and franks
Cover
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes
Uncover and bake for 15minutes
