Makes 2 Cups
Ingredients
1/2C Fresh lime juice
2T Sugar
1t Kosher salt
1-1/2C Thinly sliced white onions
1-1/2C Thinly sliced radishes
1C Fresh cilantro, chopped
Process
Whisk together the lime juice, sugar, and salt until dissolved
Add the onions and radishes
Toss to coat the onions and radishes
Stir in the cilantro just before serving
Serve this with pulled pork or carnitas
