Ingredients
4t. Canola oil, divided
1 C Minced button mushrooms
1C Finely shredded green cabbage
3 T Minced scallion whites
2 t Minced fresh ginger
1 t Chili garlic sauce
12 Round wonton wraps
1 C Low-sodium soy sauce
Process
Heat 2t oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat
Sweat mushrooms, cabbage, and scallion whites, covered, 3 minutes;
Transfer to a bowl.
Add ginger and chili garlic sauce; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Scoop 1T mushroom mixture into center of each wrap
Seal the edges with water.
Heat remaining 2t oil over medium-high.
Fry the pot stickers, sealed side up, until bottoms are golden.
Add 1/4 cup water to skillet,
Cover, and cook until water nearly evaporates, 2-3 minutes.
Serve pot stickers with soy sauce.
