Mostaccioli

Ingredients

6C             Cooked mostaccioli

1-1/2lbs  Ground beef

2C             Chopped onion

1clove      Garlic, minced

1C             Celery

1C             Green pepper

1stick       Butter

28oz         Diced tomatoes

32oz         Marinara sauce (jar)

6oz           Tomato paste

1C             Small whole mushrooms or big slices

2T             Chili powder

                  Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

            Sauté the diced onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic until the onions are soft.

            Add the meat

            Salt and pepper

            Simmer covered for 1hour

            Add the cooked noodles

This freezes very well.
