Mexican Rice

2T                 Butter

1C                 Brown rice

1-1/2C           Water for the rice              

2t                  Tomate Tomato Bouillon with Chicken Flavor (Secret Ingredient if you don’t have this make something else)

Toast the rice on Saute in the Instant Pot with 1T of butter (About 5 minutes)

Add 1-1/2C water to the stainless bowl

Add the Tomate to the stainless bowl

High pressure 20 minutes

Full natural release “Keep Warm” on (About 20 minutes)
