Marinated Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

1 lb                Brussels sprouts, cleaned and one cut across the bottom core to allow the marinade to penetrate. You can cut the sprouts in half or leave them whole, depending on how big they are.

1/2C              Italian dressing

Process

Boil the brussels sprouts for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they can be pierced with a fork

Drain

Add the dressing

Toss to coat

Cover and refrigerate
