Italian Sangria

Ingredients

750ml            Chianti

2C                 Pomegranate juice

1/4C              Sugar

1/4C              Brandy

1ea                Orange sliced into rounds and quartered

1ea                Lime sliced into rounds and quartered

750ml            Prosecco, chilled

Process

Combine the Chianti, pomegranate juice, sugar, and brandy

Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Set aside until serving

At serving add the orange and lime slices, and gently stir in the Prosecco
