Hard Boiled Eggs

Instant Pot

2 – 12 eggs

1C water in Instant Pot

Put eggs in the small wire basket

High pressure for 5 minutes

Rest (Warm) for 5 or 6 minutes

Release pressure with towel over release to keep steam under control

Ice water bath for 5 minutes or until cool enough to peel

Boiling Water

To hard boil eggs, bring a pot of cold water to a rolling boil,

Add the eggs,

Remove the pot from the heat. 

Let the eggs stand in the hot water for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size and desired firmness.

 For easier peeling, immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool them down
