Flag Cake

Our son Jim’s favorite cake

1         Yellow cake prepared from mix in a 9×13 pan

1/2C   Powdered sugar

3oz     Cream cheese

1/2t     Vanilla

1/2t     Almond extract

1C      Heavy cream

Blueberries, strawberries(Quartered), and small star fruit (if you can find it)

Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and almond extract

Beat until fluffy

Fold in heavy cream which has already been whipped

Frost the cake with mixture (Only on top)

Make your flag design using blueberries, star fruit, and strawberries (Quartered)

Refrigerate
