Fish Tacos

Ingredients

3/4lb              Cod loin

1in                 Oil in skillet

1/2C              Flour

1t                  Salt

1t                  Black pepper

1t                  Paprika

8ea                Flour tortillas

1/3C              Sour cream

1t                  Adobo sauce to start.  Taste to add more if necessary

2C                 Creamy cole slaw, or tart cole slaw

Process

Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet

Cut the cod into fingers

Put the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika into a zip lock bag

Shake the bag to mix the ingredients

Put a couple of pieces of fish into the bag and coat the fish

Take the fish out of the bag and shake to remove excess flour mix

Fry until golden brown

Repeat until all of the fish is cooked

Let the fish cool

Serve with tortillas, cole slaw, guacamole, and adobo sauce
