Eggs Benedict

Ingredients

Hollandaise

1ea Poached egg

1 slice Canadian bacon

1/2 English muffin

Process

Prepare the hollandaise

Toast the English muffin

Put the English muffin on a plate

Heat the Canadian bacon in a dry saucepan

Put the slice of Canadian bacon on top of the English muffin

Poach the egg and place it on top of the Canadian bacon

Pour the hollandaise over the egg, bacon, and muffin

Serve

Note:

To make this without the Hollandaise, just substitute American cheese, and change the order to English muffin, American cheese, Canadian bacon, then the soft boiled egg
