I don’t have a picture, but it is just cream cheese and curry between two slices of cucumber. Really simple.
You can also add trout caviar, dill, or pimento on top as a garnish and leave off the top piece of cucumber for more drama.
Our granddaughter’s favorite
Ingredients
6oz Softened cream cheese
1-1/2t Curry powder
2ea Large cucumbers sliced into 1/4in thick rounds
Dash of heavy cream
Process
Dry the cucumber rounds on a paper towel
Mix the cream cheese, and curry powder in a bowl
Add a small amount of heavy cream to the mixture to soften a little
Spread the cheese mixture on one round
Cover with another round to make a sandwich
Repeat with the rest of the cucumbers and mixture
