Cucumber Cheese Sandwiches

We put another slice of cucumber on top most of the time

Ingredients

6oz Softened cream cheese

1-1/2t Curry powder

2ea Large cucumbers sliced into 1/4in rounds

dash of heavy cream

Process

Dry the cucumber rounds on a paper towel

Mix the cream cheese, and curry powder in a bowl

Add a small amount of heavy cream to the mixture to soften a little

Spread the cheese mixture on one round

Cover with another round to make a sandwich

Repeat with the rest of the cucumbers and mixture
