9:00 AM Take the roast out of the fridge
12:00PM Smear roast with anchovy mixture
12:00AM to 4:00PM Roast in the oven at 250F or until internal temp of 130F
4:00PM to 5:30 Take the roast out of the oven and tent with foil
5:30PM Start the mashed potatoes
6:00PM Pre heat the oven to 500F and put the roast back in for 10 minutes
Start the green beans
6:10PM Rest the roast for 10 minutes
Reheat the rolls
6:30PM Serve dinner
