
Ingredients
2C Cooked Chicken, diced
2C Spaghetti
2C Sliced mushrooms
3T Butter
1T Olive oil
2T Marsala
1clove Minced garlic
1/2C Parmesan cheese
Cream Sauce
3T Butter
3T Flour
2C Milk
1/2C Sour cream
1/2C Parmesan
Salt
Pepper
Base
Cook spaghetti, drain, and add to casserole dish
Sprinkle chicken on top
Sprinkle 1/2C Parmesan on top
Sauté mushroom in 1T butter and 1T olive oil
Add garlic and stir
Add Marsala and remove from heat
Cream Sauce
Melt butter in saucepan medium high heat
Add flour, salt, pepper to taste
Stir until combined and bubbly
Slowly add milk and stir until it starts to thicken
Remove from heat and add sour cream, and half of Parmesan 1/4C
Final
Pour cream sauce onto assembled spaghetti, chicken, and Parmesan.
Top with sautéed mushrooms and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan
Bake for 30 minutes uncovered at 400F

1Can Cream of mushroom soup
1Can Milk
1/2C Sour cream or crema + broth from baking chicken
Salt, pepper
1/2C Parmesan
Combine adding only ½ of Parmesan
