1 Whole chicken breast (2 halves)
1/2Jar Fisher and Weiser Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
1/4C Olive oil
2T Yellow mustard
2T Lime juice freshly squeezed
1/2 Medium onion, cut in half and sliced lengthwise in strips
1 Green pepper cut into strips

12 – 16 Fajitas
3whole Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 pieces)
2T Yellow mustard
2T Raspberry preserves, jam, etc.
1/4C Raspberry vinegar
1 Large jalapeno diced (seeds in or out)
2T Freshly squeezed lime juice
2cloves Minced garlic
2t Honey
1/2t Salt
1/2C Olive oil
1 Medium onion, cut in half and sliced lengthwise in strips
2 Green peppers cut into strips
Directions
In a large bowl or Ziploc bag, combine all of the above except the chicken, onions, and peppers, Mix.
Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes (or not)
Add chicken breasts and marinate for 2 to 3 hours. Don’t go overnight.
Cook over a hot charcoal fire about 7 minutes first side.
5 minutes on second side
Marinade should be caramelized but not burned
Sauté onions and green peppers in olive oil
Add about 1/2C of leftover marinade
Reduce to thick syrup and serve with the fajitas
Discard the remainder of the marinade
