
Ingredients
15oz Contadina Tomato Sauce
1-1/2t Tomato Paste
1/2t Sugar
2T Chopped onion
1clove Garlic, minced
1ea Anchovy, smashed
1T Olive oil
1t Oregano
1t Dried basil
Process
Sauté the onion in oil
Add the oregano, basil , tomato paste, garlic, and anchovy
Cook and combine on medium heat for 2 minutes
Add the sauce and sugar
Let simmer on medium low for 10 minutes
Take off the heat and let cool
Salt and pepper to taste
Celeste freezes this and it will keep for 3 months
