Casey Fudge

Ingredients

2C                 Sugar

2oz       Semi-sweet chocolate

2T                 Karo Light

2/3C              Milk

2t                   Vanilla

2T                 Butter

Pinch             Salt

Process

Sugar, chocolate, Karo, and milk

Bring to 235f to 240F over medium heat

Let boil for 2 or 3 minutes at 240F

Remove from the heat

Add butter

When cool enough to put hand on bottom of pot add vanilla

Beat by hand until stiff

Pour onto a parchment sheet and let cool
