
Ingredients
1/2C Crumbled blue cheese
6oz Greek yogurt
1T Mayonnaise
1T Lemon juice
1T White wine vinegar
1/8t Garlic powder
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Process
Mash the blue cheese and yogurt together in a small bowl
Stir in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic powder
Season to taste with salt and black pepper
Makes 1 cup.
