
1/4T Olive oil
1/8 Yellow onion, diced
1/2lb Ground beef
1t Taco seasoning
1/8C Hot water
Directions
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and onions.
Cook until starting to soften
Add the ground beef.
Cook the meat until it’s totally browned, and then drain the fat.
Add the taco seasoning and stir to combine
Add 1/8C hot water and stir. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, Mexican rice, refritos
