Ingredients

8C                 Water

2lbs               Beef bones

1                    Medium onion quartered

2                    Carrots

2                    Stalks celery

5 Cloves        Garlic

1/2t                Thyme

1/2t               Rosemary

2                    Bay leaves

Process

Put all of the ingredients into the big basket off the Instant Pot

Pressure cook for 120 minutes    Natural Release
