Ingredients

1ea Russet potato

Sour cream

Shredded cheese

Butter

Scallions

Bacon bits

Process

Wash the potato

Dry the potato

Coat the potato with olive oil

Add salt

Wrap in aluminum foil

Put on a cookie sheet and roast in the oven per the time and temperature shown above

When the internal temperature reaches 210F, take the potato out of the oven

Unwrap

Add the toppings and serve
