Baked Potato

Ingredients

Russet potato

Sour cream

Bacon bits

Butter

Shredded cheddar cheese

Chives

Process

Place the potato on a piece of aluminum foil

Coat with olive oil

Sprinkle with coarse salt

Wrap the potato in the aluminum foil

Place on a sheet pan

Bake for 60 minutes at 400F-425F or until the potato can be squished from both sides

Unwrap the potato

Place on a plate

Cut it down the middle to open up the insides

Add butter

Add toppings of your choice (sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, chives, for example)

Serve immediately
