Artichoke Spread

Ingredients

8oz                Artichoke hearts, canned, quartered

1C                 Parmesan cheese grated

1/2C              Sour cream

8oz                Cream cheese

2                    Garlic cloves, minced

2                    Jalapeno peppers, stemmed seeded and diced

Process

Preheat oven to 325F

Mix ingredients together with a fork

Place in a shallow pie plate

Bake for 30-45 minutes or until lightly brown on top

Serve with tortilla chips, French bread, or crackers
