Artichoke and Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients

1pkg              Wild rice cooked and cooled

1can              Artichoke hearts

15                 Green olives

½                  Green pepper diced

1/2C              Green onions diced

1/3C              Mayonnaise

1/4t               Curry powder

Directions

Drain and reserve artichoke hearts and liquid

Chop the artichoke hearts into bite size pieces

Combine all of the ingredients, including artichoke liquid, salt and pepper to taste, and serve cold.
