
Ingredients
2ea Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and chunked
2ea Pink Lady apples, peeled, cored, and chunked
1ea Pear, peeled, cored, and chunked
1ea Lemon sliced thinly
3/4C AP flour
1/2C Light brown sugar
1t Ground cinnamon
1/2C Butter
1/4t Salt
Process
Butter a deep baking dish
Put in the apples, pear, and lemon
Mix the flour, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl, working everything together with your fingers
Crumble the flour mixture on top of the fruit
Bake at 350F until the crust is brown, and the apples are tender (about 30 minutes)
